Save Max Mercedes-Benz Incentive Giveaway  

Official Competition Guidelines and Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of Canada who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Clients must have bought, sold, or invested in real estate through a registered Save Max agent at any participating Save Max Real Estate Inc. and/or Save Max Real Estate International’s franchise location or corporate office across Canada.

Eligible transactions include resale, commercial, or pre-construction projects. Lease transactions are not eligible for entry.

Clients who refer another individual who completes a transaction with Save Max (a “Successful Referral”) will receive one (1) bonus entry into the draw.

Only clients of participating Save Max franchise partners whose brokerages have provided consent to participate in this incentive program will be eligible to receive bonus entries or participate in the draw.

Each entry must be submitted by the agent on behalf of the client.

Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Save Max Real Estate Inc., Save Max International, affiliated franchise offices, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. ENTRY PROCESS

Agents must submit the entry form on behalf of their eligible client. Each entry must include:

  • Client’s full name and contact information
  • Confirmation of a completed real estate transaction with Save Max Real Estate Inc., Save Max International, their affiliated franchise offices, or affiliated companies
  • Payment of a $25 entry fee, submitted by the agent on behalf of their client, to qualify for the draw
  • One entry per transaction. Multiple transactions (buying, selling or investing) will result in additional entries, increasing the chances of winning.

3. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive a 3-year lease of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, subject to the following terms:

  • Maximum monthly lease value: $1,500/month (inclusive of lease payment only)
  • No down payment required
  • Winner’s choice of vehicle model and trim permitted, provided the total lease cost does not exceed the $1,500/month limit
  • All additional costs, including but not limited to, taxes, licensing fees, registration fees, insurance, and any optional upgrades or extras, are the sole responsibility of the winner
  • The lease will include the standard manufacturer’s warranty
  • At the end of the 3-year lease term, the winner may choose to purchase, return, or extend the lease as permitted by the Mercedes-Benz dealership and leasing agreement

Liability and Insurance:

  • All liability for the leased vehicle, including any accidents, damages, or theft, rests solely with the winner and their chosen insurance provider.
  • The winner must obtain sufficient insurance coverage as required by the Mercedes-Benz dealership to protect against such risks.
  • Save Max Real Estate Inc., Save Max International, their affiliated franchise offices, and affiliated companies shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, possession, or operation of the vehicle.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

4. DRAW DATE & WINNER SELECTION

The deadline for entries is October 31, 2026. The draw will take place shortly after all entries have been finalized, at the corporate offices of Save Max International Inc., 1550 Enterprise Rd, Mississauga, ON, L4W 4P4.

The exact draw date will be announced at a later time through Save Max’s official public platforms.

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received across participating Save Max Real Estate Inc., Save Max International, their affiliated franchise offices, and affiliated companies’ offices and corporate locations in Canada.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

This incentive giveaway is conducted in accordance with the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA) and the advertising guidelines set forth by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).

All advertising and promotional materials must:

  • Clearly identify the brokerage name (Save Max Real Estate Inc.)
  • Avoid misleading claims or inducements
  • Not solicit clients currently under contract with another brokerage

6. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Participation in this giveaway is voluntary.
This promotion is not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with another real estate brokerage.

7. WINNER CONFIRMATION

To claim the prize, the selected winner must:

  • Provide valid government-issued identification
  • Sign a Declaration of Compliance and Liability Release
  • Agree to publicity and promotional terms

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants release Save Max Real Estate Inc., Save Max International, their affiliated franchise offices, and affiliated companies from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway, the leasing process, or use of the prize vehicle.

Save Max assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft, property damage, or personal injury associated with the vehicle.
All risks and liabilities remain with the winner and their insurance provider.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
