By participating in the orientation program, new agents will:

– receive an overview of Save Max’s culture, values, and expectations.
– Meet team members, learn about our administrative and support departments/services, and
– gain insights into the Save Max’s operations through engaging group exercises, presentations, role plays, and simulations.
